ARV Contest

4/26/21 - Brett Stuart

Given the current environment around the ARV Contest, I would like to make a few public comments.

1. Like Marty Rosenblatt, I helped to promote the ARV Contest because I thought it would be a fantastic way to for the community to make some money and generate some friendly competition.

2. The reason I felt confident in promoting the contest, like many prominent viewers in the community, the investors had previously contacted me about running paid ARV market forecasts.

3. I agreed to run a series of private contract ARV sessions for them, while also making my taskings available to a small group of viewers. Everything about this contract work was completely above-board, and all viewers involved were always paid for their work.

4. Additionally, to the best of my knowledge, every contest winner was also immediately paid after winning, and the data collected was only used to offer skilled participants private RV contract work.

5. About a week ago, I was sent unverified rumors about the contest owners, which I found disturbing. However, the “dossier” released today is new to me. Due to the sensitive nature of this material, I will no longer be promoting any additional contests for them, and have bowed out of any further ARV tasking work.

6. If anyone in the RV community has been harmed or taken advantage of by these individuals, I completely disavow and condemn those actions. However, I would encourage you to take that information to the authorities, as opposed to starting a social media “lynching.”

7. Finally, I want to make this crystal clear, I personally played no role in operating the ARV Contest, nor have I had any prior business dealings with the investors involved.
